How to install aluminum windows?

Step 1: 

Reserved openings: The opening size must be larger than the frame size. Usually leave 1.5cm on the left and right, 1.5cm on the top, and 2.5cm on the bottom.

Step 2:

Level: Before the installation, three types of baselines should be set out as preparation for installation and construction. 1. Center reference line-determine the center position. 2. Horizontal reference line-determine the height position. 3. depth baseline-determine the positions of the window.

Step 3:

Install the frame: After leveling, use a wooden wedge to fix it around the frame then install.　　

Step 4:

Embedding the fixing piece: bury the fixing piece 3-4 cm in the concrete wall or brick wall, and fix it with 1:2 cement mixed with stones, or weld the fixing piece to the steel bar by welding.

Step 5:

Cement patching: After the fixing piece is fixed, the surrounding wooden wedges need to be removed and caulked with cement to prevent water seepage in the gap between the frame and the wall.

Step 6:

Reserved water road seams: After the windows install and fill the seam with cement, the edges frame should be nailed with 1cm wooden strips before painting.

 Step 7: 

When installing the glass panels, the top first, aligns the chute below.　　 

There are three holes at the bottom of the two vertical frames, and the bottom is a half hole, which corresponds to the position of the pulley in the glass panel. 

Step 8:

After installations, if you move the pulley, you must re-adjust the height of the pulley. It is a successful installation if the sliding is smooth, there is no sharp friction, and the locks can be closed well.

How to install the wheels under the aluminum sliding window?

The solution steps are as follows: 　　 

1. First push all the panels to one side and check if there is a  plastic block on the panels. If so, remove the screw and push it to the side so that the panels can be taken off. 

2. How to hold the panels: overlap the two panels, avoiding the plastic block, and then lift them up together, push them out, drop them. 　　

3. Turn the panels upside down, with the wheel side facing up, and remove the marked screws (both sides) with a screwdriver.
